한양대 비교역사문화연구소(소장 임지현)는 한국연구재단 인문한국사업의 일환으로 12월 3일(금)~4일(토) 한양대 대학원 7층 화상회의실에서 "민족사적 특수성? 탈식민적 해체의 모색"을 주제로 국제학술대회를 개최합니다. 이번 국제학술대회는 비교역사문화연구소가 독일, 러시아, 동유럽, 중국, 일본 등 다양한 지역의 역사 연구자들을 초청하여 한국사를 포함한 이들 지역의 민족주의적 역사를 구성해 온 민족사적 특수성 또는 민족사적 예외성의 트랜스내셔널한 이해의 가능성을 열기 위한 자리로서 기획되었습니다. 이번 국제학술대회에서는 국내외 연구자로 위르겐 코가(Juergen Kocka, 독일 베를린 자유대학 교수), 알프 뤼트케(Alf Luedtke, 독일 에어푸르트대학 명예교수), 제바스티안 콘라드(Sebastian Conrad, 독일 베를린자유대학 교수), 한스 뵈덱커(Hans Erich Boedecker, 독일 막스프랑크역사연구소), 스테판 버거(Stefan Berger, 영국맨체스터대학 교수), 도미닉 작센마이어(Dominic Sachsenmaier, 미국 듀크대학 교수), 초이 채터지(Choi Chatterjee, 미국 캘리포니아대학 교수), 모니카 바아(Monika Baar, 네덜란드 흐로닝언대학 로잘린드 프랭클린 연구원 및 선임강사), 리사 키르쉔바움(Lisa A. Kirschenbaum, 웨스트체스터대학 교수), 홍영선(미국 뉴욕 주립대학 교수), 임지현(한양대 교수, 비교역사문하 연구소 소장)등이 발표와 토론을 합니다.
